It consists of a large cylinder with many rows of sticks. This cylinder is adjustable, with the help of a gasoline engine, perfectly cleaning the olives. This is achieved with the double crusher system, which separates the pins, and the ribbed vessel, which separates the remaining leaves. The olives then end up in a sack while the leaves are kept in a collector.
